
Thank you for visiting. I’m Dave Richardson, an ICT Desktop Support Team Lead for a Local Council. With a strong background in Education IT, I’ve supported schools across the country, including local schools, a Local Education Authority (LEA), and a global business process outsourcing company.
My experience with technology dates back to the 1980s, and I’ve been involved in network and server management since the 1990s. I’m dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest developments and providing support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure management.
In 2019, I briefly worked in the tourism industry before returning to the Local Government sector. Currently, I lead the ICT Desktop Support team, overseeing technical issues.
I’m known for my proactive problem-solving, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer service. My technical skills include Active Directory, Cloud Hosting, Data Recovery, iOS device setup, and more.
As the ICT Desktop Support Team Lead, I ensure efficient operations and support for our customers. I’m also responsible for mentoring and coaching team members.
